Frequently Asked Questions

  • The length of a consulting project is determined by the following factors: service type (e.g., business analysis, strategy, omnichannel campaign), the number of services booked, the scope of the project, and the size of your business.

    An approximate length varies between 4 to 12 weeks, and timeframes will be agreed with you prior to commencement (see onboarding process below).

  • We highly value our clients and their time; thus, we have developed an efficient onboarding process in 3 easy steps.

    Step 1: Complete this short questionnaire where you can book your 30-min complimentary consultation so we can learn more about your business and marketing operations, challenges, needs, and expectations.

    Step 2: A quote and a project proposal will be sent to you after the call.

    Step 3: If you wish to proceed, an agreement specifying the timeframes, scope, outputs/deliverables, terms and conditions, and billing arrangements will be sent for you to review and sign.

  • We will deliver ready-to-implement tangible outputs as specified in the project proposal and agreement, supported by a “next steps” action plan to assist with the solution implementation. The deliverables are developed to ease the implementation process, add long-term value to your business, and support you to achieve your objectives so you can continue to do what you do best.

  • The pricing of each service depends on the scope of the project, the type of service booked, and the size of your business. Pricing is finalised after the 30-min complimentary consultation where we collect all of the above-specified information and send you a quote and a project proposal for you to review and agree upon.
